ABOUT THE ARTWORK
I was thinking a lot about Rodin and had just returned from the galleries in Washington DC. This is an embedded sketch of a ballet dancer in this repurposing of a canvas that someone was throwing away. Was also inspired by Taro Ichihashi's work after a chance meeting at his Brooklyn studio while passing by on a walk through my neighborhood.
