7th Fantasy - The Rain Painting

Born in 1966, she lives and works in Porto, Portugal. She's a lawyer by education but an artist by heart; she’s a self-taught artist, and from a very early age she showed great inclination towards painting. During her entire life, she carefully studied some of the great masters of painting, with special emphasis on Da Vinci, Michelangelo, Rembrandt, Van Gogh and Monet. From 2010, she decided to dedicate herself almost entirely to painting, preferably using oil and acrylic. In addition to private orders, she did numerous exhibitions, both in Portugal and abroad. It is represented in some national public collections and in numerous national and foreign private collections. Her themes are quite varied. In addition to the portrait and the human figure, music and musical movement are important themes. She also paints everyday scenes, rural and urban landscapes, and symbolic or magical realism. She accepts private orders, namely portraits by photography, paintings for decoration, and painting of furniture and decoration pieces. She has worked in collaboration with furniture and decoration companies, executing originals of her own and adapting reproductions of Portuguese paintings and tiles.
