About The Artwork

Diptych painting with yellow and purple on unstretched canvases
The colors are dark purple, yellow, orange, red, white and spots of light blue.

The size of each part is 52 cm x 152 cm (20.47" x 59.84"). After stretching, each canvas should be 45 cm x 140 cm (17,72" x 55.12") in size. Both together should have a size of about 90 cm x 140 cm (35.43" x 55.12") after stretching. Another mounting option is direct framing, with or without glass, as shown in one of the images showing interior examples. (Frames not included, for presentation only) So the size of each part in a frame is 52 cm x 152 cm (20.47" x 59.84"). Together side by side the size should be about 104 cm x 152 cm (40.94" x 59.84") in frames. A clear glossy coating has been applied to the surface to protect the painting from UV light, moisture and dust.

They will be shipped rolled without a stretcher frame. My paintings are stamped, dated and signed on the back. Copyright Notice:

I've actually always painted... but only in the last 25 years the painting has taken more and more space in my life and today it is the biggest part of it. I had many exhibitions here in Germany, but for the last 10 years I'm only showing and selling my artwork online. My true love is the informal art. In my working process I'm following the unconscious. The colors are used autonomously. They are not more a means of expressions and design medium, but an autonomous image shape. The colors give the drive for the creation. The artistic process is more important to me than a finished concept. I'm working with a lot of layers, transparent and not transparent, I'm turning and turning the painting and let it drip. I'm always so very concerned to have my online photos closely match the original. The hardest thing in making art is to work out a distinctive pronounced style, your own characteristic handwriting, which can only be attributed to you. That's what I'm working on any time. You can find my works in many private collections all over the world from the United States, Canada and Costa Rica to New Zealand and Australia.
