ABOUT THE ARTWORK
Painted outdoors in the Campsie Fells just north of Glasgow, Scotland, this painting documents Scottish rural life. Trees line the undulating fields where cattle graze in this small farm. I wanted to paint with exaggerated colours as I applied the pigment at pace over the period of 4 hours.
