My work explores what I call a form of “future archaeology”. Through abstraction, I imagine fragments of landscapes thousands of years from now, surfaces that appear fossilized, eroded, melted, or chemically transformed. My paintings resemble geological samples from a distant era, as if they were traces left behind by our time. Fluorescent pigments, cracked textures, plastic inclusions, and layered mediums create unstable terrains where beauty and disturbance coexist. I am interested in the tension between mutation and persistence, between destruction and unexpected vitality. These works are not warnings, nor manifestos. They are projections, speculative visions of how matter might evolve, and how energy might continue to pulse even in altered environments. Each canvas becomes a fragment of an imagined future, suspended between memory and transformation.
