Lula is a young woman who is 29 years old today and is a plastic artist. Her name is María Lujan Cornejo and Lula she began painting during the pandemic at the end of 2020, rethinking what to do with her life. Although her career is short, she has already participated in many exhibitions in Argentina and has a vast and valuable body of work. Lula herself rediscovered painting and decided to start studying Art; she is trained in informalism, dripping and abstract expressionism. As she characterizes her in her life, she does so with a great commitment to self-improvement. Lula is an artist with functional diversity. At this stage, knowing a means of expression where she could express her feelings led her to want to venture into the artistic world and not look at shapes but at colors and discover and use techniques and textures that until then presented great challenges due to her commitment to hands. When she discovers that she is happy in the creative process, she projects that wonderful world where there are no differences, where everything is possible. Art for Lula is a lifeline, first to keep her afloat and then to guide her towards some shore. Art is considered a space for equality because when carrying out this activity we are all equal, free and there are no social, cultural, political or other differences. Lula has participated in many exhibitions in her country, although she is an artist with a short career. She participated in important museums in Argentina such as the Evita Museum, MACAB Museum, Libres del Sur Museum, exhibitions at UNLa, a renowned University of Argentina; Evita House Museum; Cultural Center of the University of Economic Sciences UBA of the city of Buenos Aires; and she participated in group art shows. Her works possess a power that lies in her vibrant colors, in her works she brings together elements that were previously separate, her actions adopt novel sequences. Playing is freeing ourselves from arbitrary restrictions and expanding our field of action. She appears in the work real or illusory movement, sensations, emotions, freedom. Lula on the canvas she dances, jumps, moves freely and without prejudice.
