Amazing Canvas Art Painting

My name is Jabari Stanley Mason (aka Daimond Axe), and I was born in Johnstown Pennsylvania… along time ago! Ever since I was a little kid, I always marveled at and loved creative, colorful images on clothing, in paintings, and in other art forms.The more creative, unique, and colorful the better!  My artistic preferences inspired me to take an interest in being creative myself. In my early 20s, I moved to Pittsburgh,where a new art movement was beginning. They began to have art events in and around the city. They opened more galleries and started to perform more open mics involving hip-hop and poetry, in which I participated. Those experiences inspired me to start the company Facemadics, and I decided to use the name Daimond Axe, which I created for myself when I started to do hip-hop and spoken word at open mics just before I started my company. I created Facemadics one day on my lunch break, when I started drawing geometrical faces in black and white. I wondered how far the concept could go, and then I realized that I should share my skills, gifts, and talents with the world. A few years later I began to do drawings with colored pencils and markers. I began by selling bookmarks, and then I started to sell greeting cards and prints. Shortly after that, I took an interest in photography, and a few years later I began to paint. I exhibited in a gallery, and here I am today; I came a long way! In 2020, let's go the rest of the way together!
