My degree in Fine Art painting from Coventry University was followed by an MA from Chelsea School of Art, London. Several of my paintings remain in their collection. I also have many paintings in the Leicestershire Education Authority’s collection, as well as in private collections. My work explores the world around us through everyday images - the constructed reality of cinema, the symbolic iconography of money and the fantasy life of dolls. The seductive surfaces of food create landscape journeys for the eye, and tensions between people and their surroundings challenge us with their shifting boundaries.
