I recently did a series of fossilized archeological figures. This is one of my favorites in that series. I live in Arizona, where Dia de los Muertos (Day of the Dead - an old Mexican tradition) is a yearly celebration. I like this theme and will post more like it.

I am a Puerto Rican artist currently living in Arizona (un Taino en Aztlan, se puede decir), a working musician who also loves the visual arts. I do watercolors almost exclusively, but now and then I incorporate some opaque gouache or ink into a piece. I've been exploring cutting two different sketches into strips and then weaving them together into a new hybrid remixed image.
