ABOUT THE ARTWORK
Another of my fluid style paintings. Rich in color and movement. This piece was a pleasure to make, it morphed into a feast for my eyes when it was finished. Sometimes while using this style the results can be varied, but this one is a delight. The painting is balanced with two highly visible color sections, red to purple on the left and blue to yellow on the right with a slash of white for separation. If you think it looks easy to create, it is not. It takes a fair bit of trial and patience. But FUN just the same. This painting won a Highly Commended at the Carnevale Exhibition at The Art House at Wyong NSW in 2019. On the back is a signed and dated Certificate of Authenticity. It is wired ready to hang and has felt cushions to protect your walls. It is finished with a high gloss varnish to enhance the color and to protect the paint. This painting will be shipped in a crate.

Patrick has lived on the Central Coast of New South Wales, Australia for over 60 years. His work reflects parts of his life with a bold and vibrant colour palette. His introductory works were mainly contemporary in nature, consisting of lively acrylics on a wildly textured plaster bases. He enjoys the challenge of mastering different techniques. Patrick has had many exhibitions, either solo or combined with other artists. He has won acclaim and awards for his abstract imagination. His work is displayed in galleries on the Central Coast and in private collections. .
