ABOUT THE ARTWORK
This is my exhibition in Taipei in 2017: a series of works in Mount Buzhou. Mount Buzhou is a sacred mountain in Chinese mythology. Matched with abstract background effect, I add clouds symbol used in Chinese old paintings and Tibetan thangkas into the series of paintings to describe changes of the times and changeless natural power. The painting is surrounded by black frames. It seems as if you are watching the wonder with high magnification telescope. Meanwhile, everyone thinks that it is like a huge vinyl record hung at home or in the company.
