ABOUT THE ARTWORK
There's something special about the seasons changing. It often hits me hard during the winter holidays. I am partial to the colors of the changie of leaves which alters landscapes. I love painting in acrylic paints and various materials as they become available to experiment with. This piece is painted brown on the sides. It is signed on front. This piece was mostly painted using a palette knife.

I am an abstract expressionist artist. I paint from raw emotion and release every ounce of my spirit into my creative endeavors. I studied Theater Arts and Design in New York. Painting is a medium that came to me later in my life. I'm thrilled to have the opportunity to express myself through abstraction. It's a delicious treat... sometimes decadent. I love the challenges that are presented as I contemplate new ideas, implement my thoughts, and watch them become a reality. in addition, I love listening to guests who visit my studio and purchase my art. Thanks to my clients and collectors - both national and international I was able to fundraise for the Charlotte Arts & Humanities Council of Charlotte County (Florida). It was wonderful to be able to dance and paint for such a great cause and to celebrate the arts community through scholarships for students.
