“Botanicals” forma parte de una serie que fue gestada a raíz de un renacer de la naturaleza cuando el mundo se detuvo y dio pie para que avance con mayor fortaleza debido a la reclusión de la humanidad. Comenzó con grabados inspirados en esta misma temática a lo largo de largas caminatas. Los colores se fueron fortaleciendo, las imágenes aparecieron y fueron plasmados sobre la tela utilizando para ello transparencias en distintos planos.

I was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina in 1950. My father was Belgian and my mother is Argentine from Spanish and Italian descent. I was always inclined to learn anything that had to do with art. In my early days I learnt ceramics, pottery, pottery painting, porcelain painting, jewelry, batik, woodcarving ,etc. It was only eight years ago that I started painting on canvas and wood looking at all the different techniques to apply to my art work.
