ABOUT THE ARTWORK
This piece was inspired by the colors and intensity of a breaking wave at sunset. The rush of water with the filtered reflections of the sun. I hope the viewer feels the sense of speed, beauty and thrill of the water. The paint was smeared over the gator board substrate several times to add depth and color intensity with each stroke.
