"Ballerina with pink dress" Painting

I am a Spanish architect, having graduated in Architecture in 2009 from the Higher Technical University College of Architecture in LaCoruña.

I have been working in Rafael Moneo's studio since finishing my architecture degree four years ago. During this time, I have gained broad experience owing to the range of responsibilities I have been given in the office. From detailed construction drawings to competition renderings to model making, my time here has allowed me to see our profession from an urban perspective, with an historical sensibility, as well as a careful consideration of client needs.

The work in the studio is free of iconic ambitions, or architectural rhetoric, and has fostered my interest in Moneo´s theoretical work, allowing me to approach the architecture history, as well as the history of the late XX century without stylistic prejudice.

Of myself, I can tell you that I am an assertive, responsible and well organized person. I have the ability to work on a team, as well as individually. I am highly motivated and have the desire to keep learning and to share my knowledge wherever I am.

At the same time, I have always been interested in the art world. This portfolio is a sample of some of my last drawings.
