The artist was born in 1949 in Northern Italy and developed an interest in studying Italian classics, Impressionists, and Cubism during the 1980s. Over time, they shifted towards realism and focused on nude figure painting, portraits, still lifes, and landscapes with Italian and Greek influences. They frequently exhibit their works in Italy, particularly in Macerata, and occasionally in Greece, where they spend long periods painting. Others have described his work as influenced by classical and primitive art, with the aim of capturing the essence of reality beyond the surface, while respecting the perspective of space. The artist tries to connect matter with perspective and to make it appear eternal yet accessible to human beings. Their personal perspective, influenced by Impressionism, allows them to paint the world in its essence, free from the subjectivity of the five senses.
