About The Artwork

"Beirut 82 - Syria today". This is a complex topic for the civil war in Lebanon and the most dramatic year of it. I have many Lebanese friends who taught in Bulgaria and all were experienced and participated in these events. I was shocked by their stories and then decided to work on this topic. I've made more than 20 different works I've adhered to documents chronicles of the press. Using the method of collage and painting with acrylic paints. In this work, I decided to put layers oil paint as an experiment in 2016 year. The result is a dense material and picturesque environment. In style terms approaching puzzle impressionism, abstractionism, realism and surrealism.
