About The Artwork
A Sunday walk along the Seine in Paris with my beloved Makina Plaubel and the last remaining rolls of Kodak PlusX 120 film. A melancholy sort of day with bittersweet anticipation of the end of my love affair with this film. The film is processed by hand in my darkroom with the print sepia toned upon canvas. I work with oil paint and text to further illuminate the narrative. All my work is autobiographical in context.
