What/who inspired the work? The inspiration for this work came from the minimalist art movement, particularly the works of artists like Kazimir Malevich and his exploration of geometric forms and sharp contrasts. The simplicity of the square, symbolizing both order and emptiness, is intended to provoke reflection on the relationship between form and space. What do you hope its viewers will feel/think? I hope that viewers will feel a sense of calm and contemplation when they look at this work. The sharp contrast between black and white is meant to draw attention to the purity of form and the power of simplicity. I want viewers to think about the balance between presence and absence, about how a single form can attract attention while leaving room for interpretation. Why did you choose the medium, subject matter, style? I chose this medium and style because of its ability to convey deep meanings with minimal elements. The use of black and white, combined with the geometric simplicity of the square, allows the focus to be on the composition and the emotions it evokes, rather than on detailed elements. This minimalist approach aligns with my intention to create a piece that invites reflection.

My name is AP, and I’m delighted to present my art to you. My creative journey began in the world of marketing and advertising, where I learned the fundamentals of visual communication and how graphics can influence perception. Over time, I found my true path in the media space, becoming a graphic designer. This was a period of discovering new horizons, where each project provided an opportunity to bring ideas to life through visual expression. During my development as a designer, I discovered minimalism—a style that became not just an aesthetic preference but a philosophy. Minimalism taught me to value simplicity, clarity, and functionality, profoundly influencing my work. This pursuit of purity in form and concise expression became the foundation of my creative approach. My drive for growth and constant evolution led me to the next stage—becoming the Head of Design, specializing in UI/UX development for high-load IT projects. This experience allowed me to gain a deeper understanding of user interaction with products and to translate complex concepts into intuitive interfaces, all while staying true to the principles of minimalism. However, art has always been an integral part of my life. Regardless of my professional activities, I always found time for creativity, and today I continue this journey as an artist, creating abstract art objects. My works are an expression of emotions, thoughts, and inspirations gathered over years of experience, viewed through the lens of minimalism. Thank you for your interest in my work. I hope that my pieces resonate with you and bring inspiration to your life.
