The sky, the sea, the earth photographed from space - We are surrounded and enveloped by the color blue.
For those of you who like chinoiserie, delftwork, and cyanotypes, (as I do); a dreamlike cyanotype with painting and pastels. If you look closely, you can see the outlines of roses laid across the dress with the stems and thorns looking like veins or bloodlines.
Part of the "Blue Flow" series. On rough watercolor paper which has a very handmade, organic feel. I recommend framing in a floating frame where you can see the edges.
