Blue matrix Painting

Convinced advocate and supporter of the stylistic expression of an informal abstract trend that is unconventional, Ezio Grelli was born on August 20, 1975 in Differdange, a small town in Luxembourg. As a child he was a rebellious child with a great propensity for creativity and manual skill, endowed with his powerful and visionary imagination. Thanks to a strong curiosity, over time he channeled, by himself, his qualities up to working in the world of body art. In the first periods his attentions were turned to painting, to drawing in the academic sense if we want, then slowly the acquired skills were turned to the creation of specific projects for his work, never abandoning painting completely, and research in the artistic field, which has continued to practice in flashes and in alternate phases in the free time that the work granted. Over the years his desire to paint more consistently re-emerged, as painting and artistic research allowed him to be much more free and free from rules and impositions than was possible by creating design and projects for the body art, and therefore to be able to find a greater personal fulfillment, and it is for this reason, that in recent times his artistic research has taken over, and has become the driving force of everything that pursues ... His narrative system made up of stratifications and material overlaps, textures, scratches and material first added and then removed, follows a precise mental order, in which the two-dimensionality is associated with a plastic formula, which allows to identify different perspectives and dimensional plans, in order to make visible the multiple connections between spirit and matter.
