ABOUT THE ARTWORK
DETAILS AND DIMENSIONS
SHIPPING AND RETURNS

'Bodham Bananas' is inspired by tropical foliage and giant banana trees that have (rather worryingly) flourished in my North Norfolk Coastal garden, although I do wrap them in the winter. This is one of my first oil paintings. Painted onto hardboard primed with household paint.

Responding to this rich natural heritage in her artwork and teaching practice. Jennie recently designed, planned and led a group of students in creating a site specific installation in the glass roofed café at Wells-next-the-Sea Old Community Hospital; ‘Migrating Pink Foot Geese’ (Willow, Tape & Paper). The geese all constructed in different stages of flight, and mounted in a 'v' shape. The glass ceiling shows the paper and willow birds hanging directly under the flight path of this natural spectacle of migration.
