ABOUT THE ARTWORK
When I painted this I had just moved from Madrid to Miami with my family. It was an exciting yet stressful time. When having doubts about the move, I began reminding myself of the beautiful waters in my new hometown, and the soothing sounds of it when I do my favorite beach walk. I let myself go and this is the conversation I had with those waters.
