CHOU(Autumn)-1 Painting

Autumn gives people a complicated feeling, with a sense of sadness, desolation and loneliness, but it is also the season of harvest, nurturing and the richest colors. After completing the monochrome draft of this work, it was gradually dyed with red and yellow. However, in order to retain the calm atmosphere of autumn, it was also dyed with cool decorative colors such as blue and green. As the saying goes, fallen leaves return to their roots, the prosperity of spring and summer has faded, and finally return to the soil, completing a cycle of life. The spherical objects in the picture, to me, symbolize autumn and the nutrients of the earth that turn into fruits, and they are also falling. Seeds in the soil waiting to sprout next spring. The exit of the cave carries a yellow and green scenery, divided by geometric shapes, symbolizing the disappearing green space, and also represents the beautiful expectation for the return of spring, when flowers will fly all over the mountain and green will spread all over the ground.
