Rodney "PANIC" Rodriguez is New York City's Premiere Urban Artist. An original graffiti artist from the early 1980's his work has come full circle. He has previously painted murals at 5Pointz, Wellington Court & throughout. This piece depicts two exotic birds with human torsos arresting another humanistic owl. The piece also has the famous Monopoly go to jail card and the "jailed / just visiting" iconic landing square. Also a pink "Felix The Cat" clock representing time also makes an appearance.
