ABOUT THE ARTWORK
I based my painting on a photo I took on Christmas Day. St Paul de Vence is one of the most attractive hilltop villages in this region of France. Painted on ARCHES, 300g, cold pressed watercolour paper (which has a slightly textured surface finish) with Winsor & Newton paints. Sold without mat/mount or frame. If you want the painting to really stand out then paying a professional framer will give you best results. But if you look in your art supplies shop you can find the materials to create your own mount and frame.
