In his youth, Mansur was engaged in painting walls in the Uzbek national style and drawing landscapes. And being in the army, he painted campaign posters. Despite the fact that at that time the profession of the artist was not very popular, Mansur entered the art school and graduated it perfectly from the profession of artist-designer. After college, Mansur continues to painting.
