ABOUT THE ARTWORK
The hope is that the viewer will experience a joyous vibe upon walking into any room and continue to see different aspects each time they pause to see it. It is refreshing - a perfect time to purchase it for your home/office decor. The dimensions are 48Wx24Hx1.5 inches. It has been created on a stretched heavy-duty gallery-wrapped canvas. It was primed with gesso, some light mark-making started the canvas creation using charcoal and pencil. Acrylic paints are my go-to. Gloss varnish has been applied. The painting is wired and ready to hang on your wall after being delivered in a crate. The sides are painted using the same colors as used on the front. It is carried over from front to the sides. I am an abstract expressionist artist. I paint from raw emotion and release every ounce of my spirit into my creative endeavors. I studied Theater Arts and Design in New York. Painting is a medium that came to me later in my life. I'm thrilled to have the opportunity to express myself through abstraction. It's a delicious treat... sometimes decadent. I love the challenges that are presented as I contemplate new ideas, implement my thoughts, and watch them become a reality. in addition, I love listening to guests who visit my studio and purchase my art. Thanks to my clients and collectors - both national and international I was able to fundraise for the Charlotte Arts & Humanities Council of Charlotte County (Florida). It was wonderful to be able to dance and paint for such a great cause and to celebrate the arts community through scholarships for students.
