This artwork was created at the invitation of the gallery Lasécu (Lille) to celebrate its 15 years of existence. Lasécu proposed to each artist who had already exhibited in their place to produce a work related to food: a work / recipe.
Lasécu has published a recipe book for this exhibition: "Les recettes de Lasécu - L'art se met à table".
I painted this chocolate mousse on a bamboo wood cutting board. There is a ring to hang it like a cutting board.

Shipping & Returns

Delivery Time:Typically 5-7 business days for domestic shipments, 10-14 business days for international shipments.

Born in 1969, France. My research work is centered on the individual, encounters in different walks of life and more broadly on the media, through etching, monotype, drawing, oil painting and silkscreen printing. I work from documents found in the press or from my own photographs. My process involves dissecting these images, and/or observing my surroundings, what I see/experience outdoors and then staging the different movements of the human body in our current society. I often remove the context of my encounters in order to place them in another universe and thereby allow the viewer different possible interpretations. I focus on the non-segregated human being and the impermanence of things.
