Cindy Painting

I was born in 1988 in Banska Bystrica in Slovakia - middle Europe. I showed a passion for art from an early age but I began to devote myself most intensively to drawing and painting during my studies at high school. I gave up the original vision of becoming a dentist and decided to go study design. During four years at the University I learned new skills and techniques and started to paint professionally. I'm considered as „a seeker of beauty“ in everything around me. I'm constantly trying new techniques and longing for "perfect imperfection". In addition to portraits my greatest passions are also collage, architecture and abstraction. My philosophy is "I paint only when I'm in a great mood to transfer a bit of my positive energy to the artwork and through it to the viewer," so my paintings are increasingly colorful, dynamic, plastic and full of movement. Since I left the University I have been cooperating with designers and architects from different parts of the world and together we create the design of commercial and residential spaces, trying to put dynamism, emotion and positivity into the space through my paintings. My collages and paintings are not only in my native country but also in luxury houses throughout Europe, especially in Germany, Switzerland, Austria or the Czech Republic.
