Edward Colarik's talent as a multi media visual artist speaks to the unbelievable wide range of his creativity. He has an international following of collectors from Australia, Austria, Argentina, Brazil, Canada, Chile, China, Czech, Denmark, England, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Korea, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Russia, Spain, South Africa, Taiwan, and of course the USA. People from all over the world connect to the universal hallmark of his artworks. His current creations include bronze sculptures and original oil paintings of a series entitled, "OIL ART". Edward has created an extensive series of pictures showing the process of how his bronze sculptures were casted and finished. He completed a series of commissions of life size bronze sculptures and his own personal works for collectors around the world. He recently delivered five large bronzes of King Kamehameha commissioned by Dole Foods Chairman, David Murdock, for public spaces in Hawaii and one for his personal collection. Ed’s latest sculptures express a new vision that looks upon beauty in the search of truth of sensual forms that have not been seen before in bronze. Colarik continues to create original one of a kind art pieces for collectors, including life-size bronzes figures. Colarik's Cosmos Testimony Series is his latest paintings. His 12 oil paintings of signature golf course holes have received critical acclaim for its life like beauty. As a sculptor, Colarik's first pieces were miniature bronze and pewter figures. He created an award winning collection of 107 Samurai (40 different figures); a collection of 46 Ancient Hawaiians (26 different figures), an Ancient Hawaiian Chess Set, a collection of 48 Crusaders (40 different figures), and 20 Civil War Musicians; totaling more than 130 different figures. His artistic attention to detail and accurate historical reenactment of these collections earned him many awards and devoted collectors. Later, he produced numerous larger bronze figures; then moved on to creating life size bronze sculptures. Colarik also created three board games, one being the award winning Movie Studio Mogul. He created six fantasy images from which he produced high quality gift bags. Ed’s love of antiques inspired him to design and produced Chippendale styled mahogany beds. All of his adult life he has been a creator, artist, fashion designer, and TV & film producer.
