Inspiration ........ Copernicus was a Polish astronomer, best known for his theory that the Sun and not the Earth is at the centre of the universe. Signed and dated by the artist All artwork protected by copyright About the Artist Linda Karslake Linda says .. “I have always painted ever since I can remember , I was born in Leeds where I attended private art school and went on to win a National painting competition at the age of 14 , This spurred me on to continue with my Art and now I feel incredibly blessed to be able to paint for a living . I paint on canvas but furniture too and take my inspiration from nature mostly , amazing sunsets and sunrise , water , sun , clouds , rain , I also have a thing for rust and weather beaten wood and the incredible texture and colours time produces.
