ABOUT THE ARTWORK
I paint my dreams and surroundings. I’m living in a simple one room building on a farm until mid April 2018. Lately it tends to be 15° in the morning. And 30° during the day. I keep the woodstove burning so my little dogs Chuck and Izzy stay warm. Outside goats and cows munch grasses in the pasture. Deers dart about in the woods. Many different birds sing and hawks fly above the property all day. At night raccoons foxes and coyote do their thing. For now, this is my Home Studio… Where coffee is brewed, fires are stoked, dreams are dreamt, spirits are shared, dogs sleep, paint is slung, pies are baked, meats are smoked, goals are reached and creativity is born.
