Arabella took to the air, "Well, what did I say, at last there's something to celebrate!" She looked down at the dance of joy and set out to spread the happy news to the world. "Fiesta, fiesta mexicana! Lalalilala lalalilei!", it resounded through the rainforest. Diego, the one with a penchant for extravagant hats was in a frenzy of joy, whooping with happiness and spinning in circles at a dizzying pace. The tree giants, gods and flower children were amazed and the wild animals and mythical creatures joined in joyfully. Diego's laughter was so infectious that soon the whole forest was vibrating with happiness. What was he so happy about? Tell me! This painting brings the sun and liveliness of the beautiful Lake Maggiore to your home. DEUTSCH Arabella schwang sich in die Lüfte: „Na, was sag ich denn, endlich gibt’s was zu feiern!“ Sie blickte auf den Tanz der Freude hinab und machte sich auf die frohe Kunde in der Welt zu verbreiten. „Fiesta, fiesta mexicana! Lalalilala lalalilei!“ schallte es durch den Regenwald. Diego, der mit der Vorliebe für extravagante Hüte war im Freudentaumel, er juchzte vor Glück und drehte sich schwindelerregend schnell im Kreis. Die Baumriesen, Götter und Blütenkinder staunten nicht schlecht und die wilden Tiere und Fabelwesen stimmten freudvoll mit ein. Diegos Lachen war so ansteckend, dass bald der ganze Wald vor Glück vibrierte. Worüber freut er sich so außerordentlich? Erzähl es mir! Dieses Gemälde wurde mit viel Liebe am Lago Maggiore gemalt. Hello, I am Suraya Baumeister, born and raised in Heidelberg (Germany) in 1976. I studied landscape architecture in Kassel and Palermo and after living in Karlsruhe for a few years, I moved to Switzerland, to Lake Maggiore in 2010. During my studies (1997-2004) I started to paint abstract, preferably with a spatula. My individual painting style started to form in 2017. The abstract paintings I do are acrylic/mixed media on canvas. I paint them intuitively. Through the abstract painting I get inspired to draw the faces, figures, mythical creatures and elements.
