A human being is a part of the whole called by us the universe. For the cosmos you are, to the cosmos you will return. She is a place of wholeness, perfection and balance. Without knowing the beginning or end, we are a part of her. To celebrate all of these attributes, mankind created a universal symbol 40 000 years ago: a circle. She stands for eternity, unity and wholeness. The circle is considered the most perfect shape: gentle, graceful, and beautiful. Evoking calmness and relaxation, we find peace in her familiarity. She is everywhere. Surrounding us without realising, radiating from within. Every form of energy, even our own vibration, moves or concentrates in circular or spherical courses. We see her in a single raindrop, the planets and even in our own eyes, which is a beautiful cosmos of its own. To honour this universal symbol for peace, we present to you the RAI collection.

Whitney Ruzzi is an artist born in Belgium (1990) with Italian roots. She is currently active in Mallorca, Spain. She has always been an observer of life. Observing people, animals and nature gave her a better understanding of the simplicity and complexity of life. Even as a child, she was hyper aware of her senses, trying to absorb what she was feeling, hearing or experiencing. Her surroundings became a part of her. Absorbing this energy made her sensitive and caring and gave her the desire to create. It is in this desire she started to look for ways to express herself through different artistic forms, such as cinema, painting and music. After years of creating and exploring, Whitney chose to turn her love for the artis into a profession. The CARA COLLECTION - a series of beautiful imperfections of the soul - was her first collection and solo expo (2018). These colorful abstract portraits are reflections of the raw inner self, with the goal to encourage people's imperfections. After her first solo expo, the urge to explore the connection between spirits and the earth triggers her move to Mallorca. She wanted to connect on a deeper level with what inspires her the most: nature. The beautiful island gave her the inspiration for a second solo exhibition: the TARA COLLECTION (2020). A venture to make people fall in love again with Mother nature. This is the common thread in her artworks: an own artistic and creative interpretation of the fusion between mankind and nature. "I sincerely hope my work will enhance your love for mother nature. That you have a deeper connection with her and yourself. Pure beauty, as in pure soul, is able to inspire us all to contribute to more harmony and peace in this troubled world." -Whitney Ruzzi
