This work belongs to the series "orchids", which constitute a group of plants of extremely diverse morphology with more than 25,000 species. A celebration of shapes, colors and sizes. They are, therefore, an allegory of resistance, diversity and the different forms of beauty. Expressionist series does not start from rational construction nor does it intend to do so. Strokes… big gestures, fillings; everything obeys expression and impulse.

An Spanish artist with South American and Croatian-Serbian ethnicity. She has lived in many different places: Santiago de Chile, Buenos Aires, Montevideo, Paris, Berlin and Madrid. Since 2001 she resides in Madrid, where she has been granted a subvention with an atelier at Ciudad del Arte, Museum de Zapadores. Her art is constructed around inequality, vulnerable minorities, diversity, emigration, fear and violence.
