Deep Waters is an acrylic fluid painting on a 1" cradled panel. The deep blue, bright turquoise and calming aqua dance around bright white and metallic sliver in Deep Waters. All pieces are finished off with a high gloss smooth, glass-like resin coating. This final coating protects the piece from harmful UV and won't fade or discolor over time. The finished piece can be cared for by using a simple soft cloth and gentle glass cleaner. All pieces have a finished paper backing and hardware. This unique piece is ready to hang in your home!

Angie Evans is a native Wichitan who has been producing original artwork for over 20 years. Her passion started with black and white photography at a young age and ultimately grew into a business, New Traditions Photography, where she specialized in portrait and wedding photography. In 2014, Angie made the tough decision to step away from her primary photography business to focus her time on her family and other art. Despite this, she can still be found with a camera in her hand quite often. Angie attended Johnson County Community College, Wichita State University and Wichita Area Technical College and studied marketing, graphic design, photography and general studies. Through her professional career, Angie has been an influential part of many companies working in commercial printing, strategic marketing, graphic design, web design, photography and multi-media design and production. Angie’s design and commercial work can be seen in both international and local advertising for a wide array of products and companies while her photography work can be seen displayed by numerous individuals as well as published in The International Library of Photography’s “America At the Millennium; Best Photos of the 20th Century”. Being a proficient artist in several different mediums, Angie’s most recent passion is for acrylic abstract fluid painting. “Painting is my time to have the freedom to create art without the demands of a client. My inspiration comes from color, texture and movement within a piece.” Angie has recently been involved in the local Final Friday Gallery Walk after roughly a ten year hiatus while concentrating on client work and her photography business. She has displayed both paintings and photography in numerous exhibitions over the years. She is currently creating several new pieces and plans to exhibit in a variety of venues within the next year.
