ABOUT THE ARTWORK
This evening scene was inspired by an evening picnic at Deer Lakes in Colorado. The sunset and moonrise behind the mountains and silhouetted aspens were a perfect end to the day. It represents my impression of the light and gentle breeze through the aspends that evening.

Her medium is primarily gouache, metallic foils, iridescent paints on watercolor paper, sometimes incorporating mixed media in collage.
