About The Artwork
Portrait of Dikanda, an indefatigably positive man who was forced to leave his home of Cameroon as a refugee. A friend of the artist, his generosity inspired her to paint portraits of those she befriended during her time volunteering at Ritsona Refugee camp in Greece. All profits for this particular painting will be donated to I AM YOU, an organisation working daily to provide invaluable education to the residents of Ritsona.
