About The Artwork
Doomsday, is a very old painting of mine, after Hieronymous Bosch. He loved to tell a story and so do I. I found it in a dusty corner of my workshop and I wanted to show it to you as I thought it was relevant since, for some, Doomsday is already upon us. If I were to paint this theme today though, my interpretation would be very different with the coronavirus pandemic causing so many deaths worldwide.
