It is a double painting, the frame itself is a painting, canvas stretched on a frame. The center is painted separately and fixed in the center of the window. The overall impression is striking, as the movements and colors of the "frame", which evoke the trunk of the tree, are contradictory to the movements and colors of the central painting: the leaves in the light and shadow. This leaves a feeling of great energy and powerful colors. I made 2 different paintings of the same format on this theme; the other is "Double painting Eucalyptus N ° 2.
