"Dream" Painting

My work spans various series, each delving into distinct themes, issues, and concepts,
yet all are united by the central thread of human connection. My paintings probe into
what might seem like isolated life experiences, unraveling the hidden links and subtle
impacts these moments have on others.
A recurring motif in my work is the portrayal of strong women, endowed with almost
god-like powers that influence the animals and environments around them. These
figures exude a fierce control, which, as I reveal, can be as much a force of disruption
as it is of empowerment.
In every painting, I invite viewers into immersive worlds brimming with stories to
discover. The journey begins with the figures themselves—characters brought to life
through expressive postures and adorned with garments and jewelry that I often create
by hand. I juxtapose the heavy with the delicate, the rigid with the fluid, crafting a
dramatic interplay of contrasts that stirs a sense of profound wonder. These women
embody both strength and beauty, striking a delicate balance between grace and
power. Their commanding presence draws you in, only to challenge your perceptions.
The environments they inhabit are rich, layered, and mysterious, with subtle details that
beckon the viewer to delve deeper, uncovering ever more meaning and nuance.
Each piece is the result of extensive thought, intention, and meticulous planning, yet
there is always room for spontaneous evolution as brush meets canvas. This is where I
invite you to explore the second world within my paintings. As you draw nearer, the
figures dissolve, revealing landscapes of expressive, emotional, and energetic
brushstrokes. Thick impasto transitions into contours that play with light and shadow
on the figures’ delicate skin. Traditional oil painting techniques merge with raw
