ABOUT THE ARTWORK
This painting was bought by a collector in USA. Also it was included in an exhibition (Journeys of Liberation) curated by the collector himself in Ohio. The exhibition includes also the artworks of Marc Chagall (Russian-French) and Muhammad Ali (American) and Carl Dixon (American), Aatmica Ojiha. The exhibition is open betwee Feb.11th-April 8th, 2018. This painting describes the catastrophe of which the people has being faced wars in the World. Under continuing bombing, theypeople has to leave their houses, cities and escape to an Unknown World. This painting was inspired by the war in Syria and Iraq. The Artwork was signed by myself, on the front. My signature, date, and the title are written on the back of the painting. The painting is ready to hang. It has a wood edge frame with black color. This artwork was shown in Miami Art week 2016 during Art Basel 2016.

Turgut Ersaas was born in Canakkale, Turkey. and live in Istanbul, Turkey. He is an Architect and an Artist. His art formation first started during high school years and he received lessons of Sculpture, Painting and Art History from the Artists and Professors during his University years. As an Architect he has created and supported use of contemporary and Modern Art Works in the houses, offices, and various buildings, during his Professional life as an Architect. Besides my being an Artist,, I am a lecturer on "Architecture Design Studio" in İMÜ, (Istanbul Medipol University) I have paintings in private collections in the USA., Netherlands and Turkey. I create paintings with highly worked surfaces, using acrylic, oil and other materials. My paintings, are inspired by Architectural, problems of the people facing wars in different parts of World, ancient cultures, natural World, and personal and psychological problems of human today and future in new digital World. Also, a range of emotional states.
