Big ideas are hard to reach. In order to find them sometimes you must explore little spark of novelty that arise in our consciousness, explore little ideas, discovers new territory in order to reach vaster land of creation and wonders.

In this series: MOONS OF JUPITER, each pieces is named after the known moons of Jupiter, from the farthest to the closest. In this series I symbolically want to explore new horizons in my work, find new ideas, way to express myself with the medium of painting. I intend to finish this cycle by integrating all the discovery made during the process of the making of each piece of this series which will culminate in a big painting named JUPITER.

Each moons are painted on Bristol Vellum Paper with golden acrylic and Pebeo ink. Each one is signed on the front and in the back and come wrapped in cardboard

Delivery Time:

Self-taught artist since 15 years, I've exhibited my work in Quebec, Canada, United States, Spain and Italy. My paintings are like tapestries made of emerging patterns that repeat themselves, of rhythms and movements created by the junction of contrasting colors and fluids and of organics lines. Painting is a psychological activity for me: it is emotionally and physically close to dreaming and meditating. I frequently picture in my mind ideas that I had and complex emotions that I experienced by translating them into shapes and colors. When I paint, I try to reconcile opposites and to create vibrant images that seem animated with a life of their own. I paint to freeze time, to celebrate the beauty that surrounds me, and to express the inexpressible that dwells in me.
