Art has been both a hobby and a passion of mine for as long as I can remember. My paintings and photography eschew the boundaries of the mundane black, white and grey legal world I operate in daily and express themselves in bold, energetic, vivid colorful form, yet enabling me to fuse the pragmatic with the illusion and the exception with the norm. While my painting style has largely been influenced by abstract expressionist heavyweights, such as Pollack, de Kooning and Rothko, it also embodies more subtle nuances of impressionism and Italian futurism. Likewise, my photography and stylistic embellishments thereof are more instinctive and idealistic, perhaps embodying what I consider post-modernist pictorialism.
