ABOUT THE ARTWORK
My work is inspired by nature, texture and colour as well as the universal journey of time and change. Working intuitively, I employ many techniques, layering and manipulating the point itself, using shapes and textures that occur by chance to create my art. Abstract art is open to interpretation so I invite the viewer to explore the artwork and bring their own meaning to the piece.

Since studying for my BA (Hons) in Costume Design and Interpretation at The London College Of Fashion, I have always been fascinated with the use of colour and texture. I am a self taught artist and my work comprises highly textured, dynamic and layered nature inspired pieces. I work in my studio among the trees in my garden in Hertfordshire.
