Uruguayan born, from eight Spanish and Italian immigrant great grandparents, Carla is an Interdisciplinary and Contemporary Artist with a lifetime practice, started Art School at 6 years old and received her first International Art Award at the age of 13 with an abstract artwork. As if she had it in her blood; she has migrated to Sydney (AUS) in 2018 and then to Barcelona, Spain in 2020 and relocated in Alicante since then. Her art is held in private collections in South and North America, Spain, Italy, France, Portugal, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Austria and Australia. Solo exhibition at Alicante, Spain (2022), Collective exhibitions: London, UK (2023) & Cadiz, Spain (2023). Currently represented by Galería Bucci (Chile) and G Gallery Art (USA). My art practice allows me to experience life according to some of my top values; freedom, creativity, adventure, beauty & joy. Guided by curiosity, intuition and the passion of composing visually my art does not have any planning, sketching or standardized procedure.
