About The Artwork

In this poignant portrayal, I've captured the timeless image of a student engrossed in the world of numbers and equations. The faceless portrait of a young girl stands before a vibrant green school board adorned with intricate mathematical formulas, each stroke a testament to the pursuit of knowledge. Her tightly braided pigtails are adorned with silk ribbons, a whimsical touch of red and green that adds a playful contrast to the studious atmosphere. The faceless rendering invites the viewer to project themselves into the scene, becoming a part of the shared experience of learning and growth. ▪︎ Title: Equations of Youth ▪︎ oil painting on linen canvas ▪︎ size 80 x 60cm ≈ 31 x 24”, depth 2cm ≈ 0,7" ▪︎ covered with a protective varnish to prevent it from dust and sunlight. ▪︎The painting is signed on the back and a certificate of authenticity is attached. I paint because for me it's a kind of meditation in which I lose track of time, designing and creating a whole new world that no one has ever seen before. Portrait is the most congenial form of art to me. It is incredibly interesting to observe people and visualize their actions and behavior, transforming them into images that can be depicted on canvas. Portraits of women are my special love. Women are ambiguous, mysterious, magic lurks in them. It's a bottomless world, like the rabbit hole Alice fell into. My paintings are not about female beauty, they are about her inner world, which is inhabited not only by angels but also by demons Sometimes I paint landscapes and flowers It turns out easily. Probably, painting them, I just relax :-).
