ABOUT THE ARTWORK
This painting evolved over a 2 month period. It began as a larger painting that was a combination of four smaller paintings taped together. The four paintings were painted continually after they were connected, and then folded in half. One side looked beautiful to me and it became "Expolio", the Latin word for "plunder."
