F32 Painting

A quick painting of a harness I painted on an unprimed canvas. I developed some anxiety-issues following a series of stressful exhibitions and art-fairs. They manifested as trouble breathing, chest-pain and tightness. I chose this harness as a symbol and painted directly on the unprimed canvas. These warning signs of my unconsciousness tried to warn me and save me from my stressful habits. But not understanding it it just made it very hard to keep going. The unprimed canvas makes painting a lot harder as you have to work the paint into the fabric which does not absorb the paint evenly. I wanted to work against the materials to make it a harder process to paint that and "get it off my chest".
